| 1. How to Order ? |

| Please follow these easy steps to place orders with us. |

| Step 1: If you are a registered member follow the procedure below |

- Click on 'Customer Login' link provided on the Home Page
- Log in with your User ID and Password.
- View the Products-Brands/Bulk/Instant Teas. Select your product and select ‘But Now’ button..

| Step 2: If you are not registered, please register by using the link ‘Customer Login’–‘New User Registration’ |

- Fill up the form and press 'Submit Button'.
- Click on 'Customer Login' link provided on the Home Page
- Log in with your User ID and Password
- View the Products-Brands/Bulk/Instant Teas. Select your product and select ‘But Now’ button.

| 2. How do I create my profile? |
| |
- Go to the Home Page and register by using the link ‘Customer Login’ – ‘New User Registration’
- A Registration Form will appear
- Fill the form completely – particularly the mandatory fields, without which Registration will not be accepted.
- Click the "Submit" button

| 3. How soon will I get a Registered Password after submitting the form? |
| |
- If the form has been filled completely and correctly, you will immediately receive an email confirming your registration and giving you a 'Login ID' and 'User Password'.
- You can now use the 'Login ID' and 'Password' to place orders.

| 4. What if I do not receive immediate confirmation of my application? |
| |
- This is probably due to an incomplete/incorrect application
- You may then write to webadmin@goodricke.com with details of your application for necessary follow up.

| 5. What forms of payments are acceptable? |
| |
- For buyers in India:
- Payment is to be made by using Credit Card / Debit Card in Online Payment Gateway system. No cash payment will be accepted.
- Payment may also be accepted by Cheque / Demand Draft payable at Kolkata.
- For buyers outside India
- 100% payment in advance by Telegraphic Transfer in favour of Goodricke Group Limited, Kolkata To:
Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, Kolkata , India,
