1. How to Order ?
Please follow these easy steps to place orders with us……..
Step 1: If you are a registered member follow the procedure below
- Log in with your User ID and Password
- View the products - Brands/Bulk/Instant Teas
- Click on 'Place an Order' link provided on the Home Page
Step 2: If you are not registered, please register by using the link ‘New Member Registration’
- Fill up the form and press 'Submit Button'
- Log in with your User ID and Password
- View the products - Brands/Bulk/Instant Teas
- Click on 'Place an Order' link provided on the Home Page
2. How do I create my profile?
- Go to the Home Page
- Click on the “New Member Registration” button
- A Registration Form will appear
- Fill the form completely – particularly the mandatory fields, without which Registration will not be accepted
- Click the "Submit" button
3. How soon will I get a Registered Password after submitting the form?
- If the form has been filled completely and correctly, you will immediately receive an email confirming your registration and giving you a 'Login ID' and 'User Password'
- You can now use the 'Login ID' and 'Password' to place orders.
4. What if I do not receive immediate confirmation of my application?
- This is probably due to an incomplete/incorrect application
- You may then write to webadmin@goodricke.com with details of your application for necessary follow up.
5. What forms of payments are acceptable?
- For buyers in India:
- 100% payment is to be made in advance, by Demand Draft/Pay Order/Account Payee cheque payable at par at Kolkata and drawn on recognized banks other than Co-operative Banks. All cheques are subject to realization. No cash payment will be accepted
- For buyers outside India
- 100% payment in advance by Telegraphic Transfer in favour of Goodricke Group Limited, Kolkata To:
Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, Kolkata , India,
A/c. No. 021-211800-001Through: HSBC Bank,
New York NY 10015, U.S.A. (SWIFT MRMDUS33)
For credit to their Mumbai A/c. No. 000-05477-1
6. How can I get more information?

7. How secure is the site?
- The system uses a secure server “Secure Socket Layer” technology to encrypt orders/communication – ensuring that it cannot be intercepted in transit.
