Mr. Arnab Chakraborty

Company Secretary & Legal Counsel

Arnab leads the Corporate Secretarial and Legal functions of the Company.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS), a Commerce and Law graduate, and a qualified Governance Professional from the Chartered Governance Institute - UK & Ireland.

He joined the Company in 2022, bringing extensive experience in corporate secretarial, legal, and regulatory compliances. Since 2007, he has been working with various listed and unlisted Indian and multinational entities and held key roles as the Company Secretary and in-house legal counsels.

Mr. Soumen Mukherjee

Chief Financial Officer

Soumen is a Chartered Accountant and an Executive Diploma in General Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

He joined the Company in 2009 and was handling the finance and accounting controllership roles before being appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2021.

Prior to joining the Company, he worked in various positions with PwC and Tata Steel Downstream Products limited.

With a professional career spanning around 27 years, Mr. Mukherjee has held various positions in accounting, financial and business functions covering various roles in corporate finance, financial reporting, valuations, treasury, business excellence, business strategy etc.

Mr. Shiv Bhasin

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Shiv Bhasin, holding a B.Com (Hons) and an MBA, has a rich and accomplished career in the tea industry.

He began his journey with the Company in 2000 as part of the marketing team. Over the years, he steadily rose through the ranks to become Senior Vice President - Marketing.

In 2024, Mr. Bhasin's exceptional leadership skills and vast experience led to his appointment as the Chief Operating Officer.

With over 33 years of experience in the tea industry, Mr. Bhasin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Assam Company Limited.
